Dear parasites. I know what you are up to. It all started with some innocent brainstorming. I had heard about how ant queens send out chemicals that brainwash nearby ants, so I wanted to imagine a fantasy creature capable of such feats.    My first idea is a predatory creature, using these chemicals to cause it's prey to regard it's approaching doom with joy and calm. Quickly it becomes apparent that such a powerful hunting method would put a massive selecting pressure on the prey to develop a resistance to it. Adapt or die.
